Information service
The secretariat of professional committee for organic silicon provides the services: quarterly production statistics in the organic silicon sector, daily routine collection of membership fees, to recruit new members, to hold training courses, to sell the magazine: Organic Silicon Information, consultations, industry surveys, to propose industry plans for the government and hold organic silicon-related academic seminars.
It has hosted 15 sessions of the China Organic Silicon Academic Seminar.
The library provides services of information retrievals and inquiries from clients relying on various books, periodicals, electronic periodicals and databases in Chinese and other foreign languages.
The editorial department for Silicone Material sells its periodicals and papers about organic silicon. It holds an organic silicon-themed meeting once a year.
It has conducted seminars on three heat vulcanized silicon rubber information, three liquid heat vulcanized silicon rubber information seminars and four silicone oil information seminars.
It offers consulting reports such as quarterly analysis reports on imports and exports of siloxanes, quarterly reports on organic silicon industry and development plans for downstream products of organic silicon.
